١. مقدّمة

أهلاً بك في تطبيق MySub. خصوصيّتك تهمّنا. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف نحميها.

التطبيق مُقدَّم من مجموعة MyServices ويُستخدم لإدارة اشتراكات الإنترنت على شبكات SAS Radius.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

أ. بيانات تسجيل الدخول

  • اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور — تُرسل مُشفَّرة إلى خادم مزوّد الخدمة (SAS Radius) للتحقّق من هويّتك.
  • تذكّرني — إذا فعّلتها، تُحفظ كلمة المرور محلياً على جهازك فقط داخل مساحة التخزين الآمنة (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) ولا تُرسل لأي طرف.

ب. بيانات الاشتراك

عبر تسجيل دخولك يقرأ التطبيق من خادم مزوّدك:

  • اسمك الكامل ورقم هاتفك (إن كانا مُسجَّلين)
  • اسم الباقة الحالية ومدّتها وسعرها
  • تاريخ انتهاء الاشتراك والوقت المتبقّي
  • قيمة الدين أو الرصيد
  • قائمة الباقات المتوفّرة لديك

ج. الخصومات (لشبكة MyServices فقط)

إذا كنت مشتركاً في شبكة MyServices الافتراضية، نقرأ من قاعدة بياناتنا قائمة الخصومات المُسجَّلة عليك من قِبَل مديرك. الخصومات لا تُجمع منك بل يُسجِّلها المدير.

د. ما لا نجمعه

  • ❌ لا نجمع جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل
  • ❌ لا نتتبّع موقعك الجغرافي
  • ❌ لا نتتبّع نشاط التصفّح
  • ❌ لا نُشغّل أي إعلانات أو محلّلات سلوك (analytics)
  • ❌ لا نجمع بيانات أطفال دون 13 عاماً

٣. كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • عرض حالة اشتراكك ومعلوماتك داخل التطبيق
  • التحقّق من هويّتك عند تسجيل الدخول
  • تجديد الجلسة تلقائياً (لو فعّلت "تذكّرني")

لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي، ولا نبيعها لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نحلّلها لإنشاء ملف شخصي تتبّعي.

٤. أمان البيانات

  • كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخوادم تتمّ عبر HTTPS مع شهادات TLS صالحة.
  • كلمة المرور المُرسَلة لـ SAS Radius مُشفَّرة بـ AES-256 قبل الإرسال.
  • التخزين المحلي يستعمل Android Keystore / iOS Keychain الموقّعَيْن من نظام التشغيل.
  • لا نخزّن بياناتك على أي خادم تابع لنا — فقط على جهازك أو على خادم مزوّدك.

٥. الأطراف الثالثة

التطبيق يتواصل مع طرفين فقط:

  • خادم مزوّد الخدمة (SAS Radius) — مثل reseller-supernet.net أو الخادم الذي تختاره — لقراءة معلومات اشتراكك.
  • خادم MyServices (rad.mysvcs.net) — فقط لقراءة الخصومات الخاصّة بك إن كنت في شبكتنا.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث آخر — لا معلنين، لا محلّلين، لا أحد.

٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

  • التوكن (token) يُحفظ على جهازك حتى تسجّل خروجاً يدوياً أو تنتهي صلاحيّته من الخادم.
  • كلمة المرور (إن فعّلت "تذكّرني") تُحفظ مُشفَّرة على جهازك حتى تسجّل خروجاً.
  • عند الضغط على "تسجيل الخروج" يُحذف كل شيء فوراً من جهازك.

٧. حقوقك

  • الوصول — كل بياناتك تظهر داخل التطبيق نفسه.
  • الحذف — تسجيل الخروج يحذف كل بياناتك المحلية. لإلغاء حسابك بالكامل من شبكة المزوّد، تواصل مع مزوّدك مباشرة.
  • التصحيح — لتعديل اسمك أو هاتفك، تواصل مع مزوّد خدمتك.

٨. تغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. أي تغيير جوهري سيظهر في إصدار جديد من التطبيق مع إشعار يطلب موافقتك.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to MySub. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

MySub is provided by MyServices Group for managing internet subscriptions on SAS Radius-based networks.

2. What We Collect

a. Login credentials

  • Username + password — sent encrypted to your provider's server (SAS Radius) for authentication.
  • "Remember me" — when enabled, your password is stored locally on your device only using Android Keystore / iOS Keychain.

b. Subscription data (read from your provider)

  • Your full name and phone (if registered)
  • Current package name, duration, price
  • Expiration date and remaining time
  • Debt or balance amount
  • Available packages for your account

c. Discounts (MyServices network only)

If you're on the default MyServices network, we read discount records from our database that were applied to your account by your administrator. We never collect discount data from you.

d. What we don't collect

  • ❌ Contacts or messages
  • ❌ Geographic location
  • ❌ Browsing activity
  • ❌ Ads or behavioural analytics
  • ❌ Data of children under 13

3. How We Use Data

  • Display your subscription status inside the app
  • Authenticate you on login
  • Auto-refresh sessions (if "Remember me" is on)

We never use your data for marketing, sell it to third parties, or build profiling.

4. Security

  • All communication is over HTTPS with valid TLS certificates.
  • Passwords sent to SAS Radius are AES-256 encrypted before transmission.
  • Local storage uses OS-signed Android Keystore / iOS Keychain.
  • We don't store your data on any of our servers — only on your device or your provider's server.

5. Third Parties

The app communicates with only two endpoints:

  • Your provider's SAS Radius server — e.g. reseller-supernet.net — for subscription data.
  • MyServices server (rad.mysvcs.net) — for discount data, only if you're on our network.

We don't share your data with anyone else — no advertisers, analytics services, or anyone.

6. Data Retention

  • Auth tokens are kept on your device until you log out or the server invalidates them.
  • Stored passwords (if "Remember me" is on) stay encrypted on your device until logout.
  • Tapping "Log out" wipes everything immediately from your device.

7. Your Rights

  • Access — all your data is visible inside the app.
  • Deletion — logging out clears local data. To fully delete your account, contact your provider.
  • Correction — to update your name or phone, contact your provider.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will appear in a new app version with a consent prompt.
